This page gets you here: a draft you can paste to Facebook, Instagram, or Threads, saved in the drafts list.
This applies only when AI social is on. This page does not cover each network’s own posting tools or ad accounts.
The sidebar section is AI social posts.
1. Set the brand voice first (recommended)
Path: sidebar Social settings.
| Field | What it is |
|---|---|
| Default voice | The voice the generator uses unless you override it |
| Default hashtags | Separated by spaces or commas, for example #brand #industry |
| Preferred model | Optional. If you are not sure, leave it blank and use the platform default |
On the generator page you can still add extra instructions that override the voice. Save here, then go to the post generator.
2. Generate a post
Path: sidebar Post generator (/admin/ai-social/generate).
- Pick published content as the source, or type your own topic.
- Pick a platform (Facebook, Instagram, or Threads). The draft follows that platform.
- Start generation. While it runs, the button shows that it is working. On success, a notice says a post draft was created.
- Adjust the title and body in the preview. Put hashtags in their own paragraph at the end. Each one starts with
#. - You can fill an optional draft name, then save the draft. If you opened it from the drafts list, saving updates that draft instead of creating another.
A person has to read the result before it goes on a real account.
3. Drafts
Path: sidebar Drafts. Open one to return to the generator (the address includes the draft id). Saving updates that draft. It does not create a second one.
How to check
- After generation, the screen has a body, and the wording fits the brand voice.
- The draft appears in the drafts list.
- Before you paste it to a network, check links, dates, and any disclaimer, especially for a promotion or a price.
When it gets stuck
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| Social posts are missing from the sidebar | The AI social module is off |
| Generation fails | Try again later, or simplify the topic, or use a different published piece as the source |
| The voice jumps around | Fill in the brand voice under Social settings, or add extra instructions on the generator page |
