TimTech is how you set up and run your own site. Each site has its own public address and its own admin. What you change in the admin affects only the site you are managing right now.
This handbook is for site owners and editors: how to sign in, edit pages, manage content, and change settings. You do not need to know how the platform is run behind the scenes.
What you can do in the admin
What you see depends on your role and on which features the site has turned on. Common work includes:
- Edit site pages (sections, preview, and publish)
- Manage news, images, forms, and docs
- Adjust the brand name, logo, SEO, and menu
- Invite colleagues to work with you (owners only)
- Use advanced features the site already has (for example foreclosure, the shop, booking, or AI tools)
If an item is missing from the sidebar, the site usually does not have that feature turned on, or your account does not have permission. Later chapters and the FAQ cover both cases.
A path to follow
| Order | Topic | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Sign-in and roles | How to open the admin, and how the three roles differ |
| 2 | Switch sites and move around the admin | How to read the menu, and how to switch sites |
| 3 | Read the dashboard | The numbers on the home screen, and Connect / View more |
| 4 | Account settings | Your language and appearance, your password, and optional two-factor sign-in |
| 5 | Site and pages | Change the home page and inner pages (the next chapter) |
| 6 | Content and settings | News, the media library, brand, members, and more |
A few notes on this handbook
- Admin path names in this handbook follow the Traditional Chinese interface. If your personal admin language is different, look for the same feature. See Account settings.
- Advanced modules (foreclosure, the shop, and so on) apply only when your site has them turned on. Skip a chapter if yours does not.
- If you cannot save, or you cannot find a button, check your role first, or contact the site owner or TimTech support. You can also start with When permission is missing.
