After you sign in, Dashboard on the left opens the admin home (/admin). Use it to jump to everyday work, and to see forms, orders, bookings, and chat from the last 28 days. A panel appears only when that feature is turned on for the site.
This is not the public home page. To see what visitors see, use View site at the top. It opens in a new window.
Quick links
The section is titled “Quick links.” Shortcuts follow your permissions and the modules that are on (for example pages, news, and forms). A missing shortcut usually means the module is off, or you cannot see that feature. See A feature is missing from the sidebar.
Module panels
Each business panel has at most two buttons on the right of its title:
| Button | When it appears | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Connect | Only when the connection is missing or the credentials have failed | Takes you to that feature’s settings so you can finish the connection |
| View more | Almost always | Opens that module’s list or overview, even when there is no data yet |
If the connection is not ready, the panel still appears. The numbers are empty, or it points you to Connect. Panels for modules that are off do not appear.
Common panels (yours follow what the site actually has):
| Panel | What the numbers mean | View more usually opens |
|---|---|---|
| Forms | Submissions in the last 28 days | Form submissions |
| Shop | Paid orders, revenue, and inquiries | The order or inquiry list |
| Booking | New and cancelled bookings | The booking list |
| AI chat | Conversations, and questions the knowledge base missed | Chat settings or conversation history |
| Search performance | Clicks, impressions, and similar | Connect Search performance |
The date range is written on the panel (the last 28 days). This is a snapshot, not a reporting system. To work a single record, open that module’s list.
Search in the header
Search in the admin header looks through features you can already see in the sidebar, and through content titles. If something does not come up, the sidebar usually never had it (the module or your permission). Search itself is fine.
How to check
- In a private window, or with test data, submit a form, an order, or a booking. Come back to the dashboard after a while. The matching number should go up. It is not instant to the second.
- Before Search performance is connected, you should see Connect. After it is connected, you see the numbers and View more.
