偶然占心 offers readings, healing, and training. A first visit should not be a menu. A quiz lowers the step, the work builds trust, and LINE is where the one-to-one consult begins.
What we delivered
A quiz as the front door
The first interaction is a question about the visitor, not a catalog of services.
Services and training, in one structure
Personal work and the courses that train practitioners sit in a map a stranger can follow.
A path from curiosity to a consult
Each step has a next step, ending at a one-to-one conversation on LINE.
Background
The challenge
Too many services, no map
Readings, healing, and training were real. A first visit could not tell them apart.
The first click has to be small
Booking a stranger for something personal is a large ask. The site needed a smaller one first.
Interest dies in the gap
Without a handoff, a curious visitor never becomes a consult.
What we did
Interactive questions give the visitor a reason to stay, and a result that points at a service.
Personal sessions and practitioner training are separated so each reader finds their door.
Essays and real accounts sit between curiosity and the consult.
The one-to-one conversation is the last step, not the first button.
The design, in practice
