Welcome to the TimTech platform (the "Platform"). Please read these terms before you use any part of it. By accessing, registering, or using any feature, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.
1. Scope
These terms apply to every visitor, member, and paying customer of the TimTech platform, including:
- Browsing the public site and reading its content
- Registering and signing in to a member account
- Using the admin
- Any other service TimTech offers now or later
TimTech may update these terms. A revised version will show a new effective date on this page. If you keep using the Platform after that, you accept the revised terms.
2. Accounts and security
You may apply for a member account as TimTech directs. The information you give must be true and complete. One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone, and do not submit false information.
You are responsible for keeping the account and password safe, and for everything done through the account. If you believe someone is using it without permission, tell TimTech support at once.
3. Acceptable use
When you use TimTech, you agree that you will:
- Comply with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the laws of the place where you are
- Not commit fraud, pass yourself off as someone else, infringe intellectual property, or spread information you know to be false
- Not attempt to break into, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform
- Not use automated tools (crawlers, bots, and the like) to pull data from the Platform in bulk, unless TimTech has agreed in writing
- Make sure you have the rights you need for anything you upload or publish
Depending on the breach, TimTech may suspend or close the account without prior notice.
4. Paid services
Price, how you pay, and what a paid plan includes are whatever the checkout and the plan page say at the time you buy.
Once payment is complete, the service moves into delivery. Refunds follow the site-building terms, or the plan you subscribed to.
5. Intellectual property
Trademarks, service marks, interface design, software, AI workflows, the template engine, and related materials belong to TimTech or to its licensors. You may not copy, adapt, distribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission.
You keep your rights in content you create or upload. You grant TimTech a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content so TimTech can provide, operate, and improve the service.
6. AI-generated material
TimTech uses AI to help draft copy, image descriptions, site structure, and similar material. The result is a draft. TimTech does not warrant that it is accurate, lawful, complete, or fit for a particular commercial purpose.
Before you publish it, you are responsible for reading, editing, and confirming anything the AI produced. TimTech is not liable for loss caused by errors or unsuitable AI output.
7. Interruptions and changes
TimTech will try to keep the service stable. Maintenance, upgrades, events outside anyone's control, or a third-party provider can still interrupt it. To the extent the law allows, TimTech is not liable for loss during an interruption.
TimTech may add, change, or retire features, and will say so by notice. If a change materially affects a paying customer's rights, TimTech will give reasonable advance notice.
8. Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- The service is provided as it is. TimTech makes no express or implied warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- TimTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss from using the Platform or from being unable to use it.
- TimTech's total liability to a customer for direct damages is capped at the amount that customer actually paid TimTech in the three months before the loss.
9. Personal data
TimTech collects, processes, and uses personal data under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and the privacy policy. That includes, among other things, account details, contact details, payment records, and how the service is used. The privacy policy has the fuller account.
10. Governing law and court
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from these terms or from TimTech's services are submitted to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
