A spec model that can grow

Styles, sizes, and custom details do not fit a normal cart. Buyers assemble the spec on the site, send the quote, and LINE tells the team a request just arrived.

What we delivered
A spec model that can grow
Styles, sizes, colors, and the custom bits, structured so the catalog stays readable and the team can add products later.
Background
The challenge
Too many combinations
Item, style, color, size. The buyer has to choose all of that before a quote. The structure has to be flexible without becoming a wall of options.
What we did

One product page walks through style, color, and size. The admin can keep adding to the catalog.

After the spec, the buyer sends the request. The team confirms the making details and the price. That is how these orders actually close.

When the quote goes in, LINE tells the buyer it landed and tells the team there is something new to pick up.
The design, in practice

Start a project
Tell us what you need. We start with the goal, then find an approach that fits.
Browse, then ask
Once the spec is chosen, the request lands in one place. The team sees what the buyer actually wants.
LINE picks up the thread
Submit the quote and both sides are told. The conversation starts while the request is still fresh.
A cart cannot price a custom run
Quantity and custom details still need a person. The site collects the request. The quote comes after.
The quote is not the end of the job
Someone still has to talk to the buyer. The request has to reach that person quickly, and the buyer needs to know it arrived.
