NAPA pickleball: revenue share and a multilingual store, taking a new sport abroad
NAPA needed a store, Traditional and Simplified Chinese plus English, members, and a way to track which coach or KOL produced a sale without a spreadsheet.
What we delivered
A store, a trail for the promoter, three languages
Background
A new sport, a store, and promoters who need a fair count
Pickleball is still being taught in Taiwan. NAPA makes paddles and needed a store, not only a brand page.
Coaches and KOLs were the distribution. Someone was counting their cut by hand.
The site is Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English, with members and a commission trail.
The challenge
A sport people are still learning, a messy commission, and three audiences
The sport still has to be explained
A store for a new game also teaches. The page cannot assume the category is known.
What we did
The shop, the coach’s code, the languages
From the paddle to payment, without a side channel.
Promoters have their own offer, and the sale is attributed.
Switching language does not drop the buyer out of the catalog.
