至善基金會’s 30th year needed a short-video contest for students. Signup had to be easy, voting had to resist stuffing, and the staff should not run the event from a spreadsheet.

專案背景
A thirtieth year, and a contest the students will actually enter
至善基金會 marked 30 years with a short-video contest for junior high, high school, and university.
The site had to hold video, traffic, and a vote that is hard to stuff.
Past contests were fussy to enter, easy to game, and miserable to administer.

Low friction, still safe
Students will abandon a heavy signup. The entry still has to arrive intact.

A private upload link, OTP on the vote, a gallery, an admin that can change the rules
Each entrant gets a place to upload. No public account wall.
A one-time check, so one person is one vote more often than not.
Entries are presented so a voter can actually see the films.
The foundation changes the contest without a developer in the loop for every tweak.
