This page gets you here: you can check what a visitor just sent, and export or delete it when you need to.
The owner and a site editor can read this. Handle the data under your organization’s privacy policy and the personal-data rules that apply. Do not forward submissions into a public channel you do not control.
Where
- Sidebar Form Inbox (
/admin/forms/submissions), or Form inbox from the form list. - Use Form Type to show only the form you want.
- Click Details on that row to see every field.
The list browses submissions by form type, including Contact us and multi-step forms. Details follow the field definitions.
What you can do on the list
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Form Type | Show submissions for one form |
| Details | Open Submission Details and see the values from that time |
| Export CSV | Download the current filter, so you can open it in a spreadsheet |
| Pages | Previous and Next. The summary shows how many there are |
| Delete This Record | In the detail, confirm and delete. This cannot be undone |
When there is nothing yet, the screen says No submissions for this form yet.
How to check (do this each time you change a form)
- From the public site, in a private window, send one test (use a name you will recognize).
- A new row appears in the inbox, and the time looks right.
- The detail fields match the current form. Older rows still show the values from when they were sent.
- If you expect a notification email, check the site inbox and the spam folder.
When it gets stuck
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| The list stays empty | The form is not on a page, the page is a draft, the form is off, or the form-type filter is the wrong one |
| There is a record but no email | A notification email did not arrive. The admin inbox is still the main record |
| You deleted the wrong row | The admin cannot bring it back. Export first, then delete |
| An editor cannot see it | They do not have access. See Narrow what editors can do |
