Add Agent
- Click Add Agent.
- Fill out the form; it will only appear in front-end assignment results after publishing (you can save it as a draft first).
- The list can be sorted by dragging.

You can copy as draft and modify it. Deleting the agent will also remove the assignment rules pointing to this person and cannot be restored.
Assignment rules
Pagination Rules list (or Assignment rules on the list). Description: Automatically assign based on city, auction round, and reserve price; priority is given to the top of the list.
- At least one agent must exist before you can add rules.
- Select Agent, then set conditions:

| Reserve price lower/upper limit (NTD) | Leave blank = no limit |
All conditions empty (no city/auction round checked, reserve price left blank) = matches all items. Please drag to adjust the priority in the list (you can also see the priority number, the smaller the number, the higher the priority).
Rules can be disabled (once disabled, they will not participate in assignments).
Test rules
Click Test rules, enter city, auction round, and reserve price, then Preview results. It will tell you who will be assigned according to the current rules (excluding exceptions for single case 'designated agent/not displayed').

| Will not assign any agent | Did not hit any rule, and no available default |
When the reserve price is left empty, rules with a reserve price range may not hit, please fill in a test amount.
How to verify
- The agent has been published and activated.
- Use test rules to input a real case's city / auction round / reserve price, and the results meet expectations.
- The correct agent appears in the front-end details of the case (and the foreclosure display has 'Show agent information' enabled).
Common Issues
| Situation | What to do |

| No agent card in front-end | Display settings have 'Show' turned off; or the case is set to 'Do not show agent'; or no one can be assigned in the rules |
| Wrong person assigned | Rule order: top priority; single case may be overwritten by 'Designated agent' |
| Phone cannot be saved | Must start with 09 and be 10 digits long |
