This article completes: The filtering, sorting, and detail page sections of the front-end /foreclosure meet your site requirements.
Path
Sidebar Foreclosure display (site settings area, URL /admin/settings/foreclosure).
After making changes, save using the bottom toolbar.
List Filtering
Static conditions and interactive filters for visitors. For example, default to showing only certain cities, or allow visitors to select their own price range.
Static filter conditions have two common options for 'Conditions':
| Condition | Effect |
|---|---|
| Restrict scope | Always effective. The restrictions on city, auction round, and price range also determine which items belong to your site: details of items outside the scope will display a page not found message and will not be submitted to search engines |
| Default value | Pre-selected when the list opens; visitors can change it when the interactive filter is enabled |
It is recommended to set the Restrict scope for the city to the area where your site operates. For reasons and notes, see Foreclosure cases and search indexing.
The dropdown options for the 'price range' dimension are set in that dimension's row; do not look elsewhere.
Do not add multiple visitor filters for the same type of data field (the backend will block occupied fields). If there are no compatible fields, that display method will be disabled and a prompt will appear.
List display
Number of items per page, sorting, view, and display preferences.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Sorting control | Sorting toggle displayed in the upper right corner of the front-end list (default on) |
| Grid/List toggle | Toggle between grid and list view in the upper right corner |
There are also options for items per page, default sorting, etc., which can be adjusted according to the options on the screen. After making changes, please check the front-end list to confirm if the button appears in the upper right corner.
Image watermark
Displayed in the list, details, and featured card as actual property image. The image has no border; if the watermark image, title, and text are all empty, it will not be displayed. No photo preview image will not apply.
Agents can overwrite the watermark on their own edit page; if all three are left empty, it will inherit the settings of this page.
Details page content
Control the display/hide of each section of the front-end case details. For example:
- Reserve price history: Table of reserve prices and bidding results for each auction round; if closed, this section will not be displayed in details.
- Price analysis: The system calculates the price per ping based on the reserve price and area announced by the court, previous auction reserve price and decrease, and number of auctions. Items with insufficient data will automatically not be displayed. The reserve price may include multiple targets such as parking spaces, and the price per ping is only a reference value; if you do not want to display it, check Price analysis in the Hide fields. Hiding Reserve price will also hide the price analysis.
- Property analysis (site owner): Analysis written by the site owner on the case edit page. If you do not want to display it, check Property analysis (site owner) in the Hide fields.
The order of the remaining fields and sidebar cards can be adjusted according to the options selected or sorted on the page. If unsure, create a real case to compare with the frontend.
Search Indexing
Decide which property detail pages are submitted to search engines: All included (default), Only include enhanced properties, Not included at all. The effects of each option and the conditions for 'enhanced' can be found in Foreclosure cases and Search Indexing.
Agent Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Show agent information | When turned off, the frontend details will not display the agent card, but the agent information will still be retained |
| Agent card title | Title of the agent section on the detail page |
| Default agent when no rules match | Used in conjunction with Assignment Rules |
For individual cases, you can still override with 'Do not display agent' or 'Designated agent'.
How to Verify
- Open
/foreclosure: Filter, sort, and grid/list should match the settings. - Open a case with real photos: watermark position is acceptable.
- The display or hiding of the agent card is consistent with 'Show agent information'.
Embed featured listings on the page.
The block Foreclosure cases list can set the number of displays, layout, default city/auction round, and sorting. For a complete filterable list, please link to /foreclosure.
