This article completes: A case displays the correct supplementary fields, site owner's analysis, cover image, and agent on the front end.
Site-wide filtering and watermarking can be found in How to Adjust Foreclosure Display. The agent list can be found in How to Manage Agents.
Path
Sidebar Foreclosure Cases (/admin/foreclosure).
The list can be filtered by city, auction round, price, etc. Click on a case to edit; the breadcrumb is 'Foreclosure Cases → Case Number'.
Page Description: Supplement site information and images.
Editing Page Sections (from top to bottom)
1. Original Data (read-only)
Data source: Judicial Yuan announcement. Includes case number, address, administrative district, court, auction round, auction date, reserve price, bidding results, area, handover, PDF, etc. You cannot modify the crawler fields here, nor can you delete cases.
2. Responsible agents
| Assignment Method | Effect |
|---|---|
| Automatically assigned by rules | Follows site-wide rules; the screen will preview who will currently be assigned |
| Designated agent | This case is fixed for the selected agent |
| Do not display agent | This case will not show the agent card on the front end |
When it says, "Currently, the rules will not assign any agents," please go fill in the rules or change the designation.
3. Site supplementary information
Affects only the current site front end; if there is a covering value, it takes precedence over the crawler fields. Common fields include:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Orientation | Supplement for this site |
| Building age (years) | Number |
| Floor / Total floors | Can overwrite announcement value |
| Building materials / Building type | Terminology for this site |
| Accessory / Balcony / Land area (㎡) | Number |
| Deposit (NTD) | Can overwrite crawler deposit |
| Remarks | Will be displayed in front-end details. If you do not want to make it public, please clear it, or hide "Remarks" in the Detail page content of Foreclosure display |
Fields that have been modified will be marked as edited on the screen. If you do not want to overwrite, leave it blank, and the front end will continue to use the announcement value.
4. Site Owner Analysis
This section contains content that is exclusive to your site. Other operators have access to the same court data, but the site owner analysis is what differentiates your property pages from theirs, and it serves as the basis for determining if the search indexing is "enhanced."
The card is divided into four tabs:
| Tab | Fillable |
|---|---|
| Analysis Content | Property Analysis (condition, layout, suitable demographics, precautions, etc., line breaks will be preserved), Advantages, Risk Alerts (one item per line, up to 10 items), Surrounding Environment |
| Inspection and Pricing | On-site Inspection Date, Estimated Market Price, Suggested Bid Lower/Upper Limit (unit: NTD). The front end will note that this is the site owner's assessment and is for reference only |
| Frequently Asked Questions | Common questions from customers regarding handover, loans, property viewings, etc., up to 10 questions; both questions and answers must be filled in to display |
| Search Display | Custom SEO Title, Custom SEO Description. Leaving it blank will use the system-generated title and description; the site name will still be automatically added at the end of the title |
The top right corner of the card will display Enhanced or Not Meeting Enhancement Threshold, along with the current progress: the property analysis must reach 200 characters after removing spaces, or the site must have uploaded 3 photos to be considered enhanced.
The front end will display the "Property Analysis" section in the property details (only showing the filled parts). If you do not want it displayed, you can hide "Property Analysis (Site Owner)" in the Foreclosure display under Detail Page Content; custom SEO titles and descriptions will not be affected.
The site owner analysis is currently only written in your site's primary language, and the property pages in other language versions will not display this section, nor will they apply the custom SEO title.
5. Image Management
- Select an image from the gallery or upload (it will go to the corresponding media gallery folder).
- The first image is for the list/featured cover and social sharing image, marked as 'Cover'.
- Recommended 16:9 (for example, a wider horizontal image). The grid list is 16:9, while the list mode and mobile detail main image are 4:3, both will be cropped, so please center important content and avoid edges. Format JPG or WebP.
Watermark: The default for the entire site is on the Foreclosure display; agents can overwrite their own watermark. No watermark will be applied without a photo preview.
Save
The bottom toolbar Save. It will not be published as 'another case'—the case is already in the platform list; you are just updating the site overwrite and images. After saving, it will appear directly on the front end.
Preview
The bottom toolbar Preview will open a new tab showing how this item looks on your site's front end, displaying the saved content. If there are unsaved changes, the button will be disabled; please save first.
At the top of the preview page, there will be a notification bar:
- If this item is not within your site's Restrict scope, it will remind front-end visitors that the page cannot be found. The preview itself will still show the content, making it convenient to write and adjust the scope later.
- If this item will not be indexed by search engines, it will explain the reason (for example, it has not yet met the reinforcement threshold). See Foreclosure cases and search indexing.
The preview URL will not be indexed by search engines and is only visible to logged-in backend users, so do not share it with customers.
How to verify
- Open the front end at
/foreclosure/{id}, and ensure that the supplementary fields, site owner analysis, and cover order are correct. - The agent card matches the assigned method (or has been hidden).
- The list card uses the first image in the sorting.
Common Issues
| Situation | What to do |
|---|---|
| Cannot find the delete case | Platform cases cannot be deleted; can only choose not to promote this case or adjust the list filter to make it less visible to visitors |
| Changes in fields not reflected on the front end | Not saved; or viewing a cached/old page. See Image Issues and Cache |
| Images are cropped awkwardly | Center the subject; avoid text sticking to the edges |
| Site owner analysis not appearing on the front end | Confirm it has been saved; viewing the main language page (not /en or other languages); Detail page content does not hide "Object Analysis (Site Owner)" |
| Cannot find the page when opened on the front end | This case is not within your site's Restrict scope (the backend list is not restricted by scope). See Foreclosure Cases and Search Indexing |
