This chapter applies only when the foreclosure module is enabled on the site and the account has foreclosure permissions.
The platform will import cases announced by the Judicial Yuan; your site can supplement fields and images, assign agents, and adjust how the frontend filters and displays.
Frontend visitor access
| Page | Path |
|---|---|
| List | /foreclosure |
| Details | /foreclosure/{id} (id is the system-generated identifier, not the case number) |
| Administrative District Page | /foreclosure/area/新北市三重區 (the last segment is the district name). See How to Manage Administrative District Pages |
The page editor can add the block Foreclosure Case List (featured list; the full list still links to /foreclosure). You can also link to the foreclosure list in the menu.
Main backend access
| Location | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Foreclosure cases | Case list; enter details for individual cases. See How to supplement case information |
| Foreclosure area page | Introduction to each administrative district page and search result text. See How to manage area pages |
| Foreclosure agents | List of agents and assignment rules. See How to manage agents |
| Foreclosure display (site settings) | List filtering, list display, watermark, detail page, agent card. See How to adjust foreclosure display |
| Search indexing | How restrict scope and closed cases affect Google indexing. See Foreclosure cases and search indexing |
Path: /admin/foreclosure, /admin/foreclosure/areas, /admin/foreclosure/agents, /admin/settings/foreclosure.
Who can operate?
By default, owners and site editors can write; viewers can only view.
Important restrictions
- Cannot delete the shared foreclosure cases on the platform. The backend explanation is: view platform crawler cases and supplement site data and images; cases cannot be deleted.
- You are modifying "how this site displays/supplements", not removing cases from the entire platform.
- The frontend only publishes objects within your site's restrict scope; details of objects outside the scope will show a page not found message. See Foreclosure cases and search indexing.
- Cannot see the menu = module not enabled or no permission.
Suggested workflow
- First, go to the front end
/foreclosureto check if the list and details meet expectations. - Use Foreclosure display to set the Restrict scope for the cities your site operates in, then adjust filters, watermarks, and detail sections.
- Create agents and assign rules, and if necessary, change the 'responsible agent' in individual cases.
- Supplement site information and images for key properties.
