This page gets you here: round buttons at the bottom right of the public site for a phone number, LINE, or back to top.
The overview is Conversion tools overview.
Where
- Site Settings → Conversion tools → the Shortcut buttons tab.
- Turn on Enable shortcut buttons.
- Component is currently “Corporate landing shortcut buttons” (most sites only have this one).
- Under Shortcut items, add, reorder, and fill in links, then Save.
At most 5 items. A row higher in the list sits higher on the screen (farther from the bottom-right corner).
Each item
Buttons: Add item, move up / move down, duplicate, and delete (you can delete down until one row remains).

On a multilingual site, switch Language at the top of the page. Type name and link text can be filled per language. Phone and email buttons show the type name on the public site. Icons, colors, link type, and the URL are shared. Leave a language empty and visitors see the default language.
How this differs from the footer contact row

Both places can use the same number. Keep them the same, so visitors do not see two different phones.
AI chat
The chat button shares the bottom-right corner with the shortcut buttons. You can keep phone and LINE shortcuts while chat is on. See Set up AI chat.
A shortcut that opens an official LINE account or an add-friend link sends the platform event contact_line when a visitor clicks it. To receive that in GA4 or Ads, see Match tracking events.
Check
- Open the public site in a private window. The buttons are at the bottom right. Phone should start a call, email should open mail, and a URL should open the right page.
- Scroll to the middle of the page and press Back to top. It should ease back to the top.
- Turn off Enable shortcut buttons and save. The whole set should disappear (if chat is on, the chat button stays).
When it sticks
