These three show on every public page (they are not a block on one page). Press Save in the bottom bar. A success notice confirms the conversion tools were saved.
Path: the Site area → Site Settings → Conversion tools (/admin/marketing/conversion-tools). The page title is Conversion tools.
Who can edit? Owners and editors can change this by default. If the switches and fields cannot be used, the role is view-only.
Three tabs
| Tab | Where it shows | When it shows |
|---|---|---|
| Announcement | A banner above the header | The switch is on, and announcement text is filled in |
| Shortcut buttons | Round buttons at the bottom right | The switch is on, and at least one item can be used |
| Popup | A window after a delay on arrival | The switch is on, and content is filled in |
The header menu, the footer contact row, and button blocks inside a page are not edited here. Menus: Edit the menu. Phone and social links: Contact and social links.
Languages
When the site has multilingual turned on and at least two languages, an Language row appears at the top of this page.
- Default language: fill in the announcement text, the shortcut button’s type name and link text, and the popup content.
- Other languages: translate only that visible text. Links, icons, colors, delay, and display frequency are shared.
- Leave a language empty: visitors in that language see the default language.
- The default-language text still has to be filled in, or the tool does not appear.
How this relates to AI chat
If AI chat is on, its button sits in the same row as the shortcut buttons at the bottom right. They do not each pin a separate overlapping button. The chat switch is in Set up AI chat, not on this page.
The admin AI assistant is not this page either. That one answers questions for editors in the admin. See Set up the admin AI assistant.
Suggested use
- A short campaign: turn on the announcement bar and link it to the campaign page. When it ends, turn the switch off or clear the text.
- Phone, LINE, or back to top: use shortcut buttons. Do not keep a second, conflicting number in the footer contact row.
- A newsletter or a first-visit offer: use the entry popup, and set display frequency so it does not open again on every page change.
Check
- After saving, open the public homepage in a private window (while you are signed in to the admin, an editor bar can appear; that is not the visitor view).
- The announcement bar and shortcut buttons should show at once. The popup waits for the delay you set.
- Turn the matching switch off and save again. It should disappear on the public site.
