This page is how you find a buyer or the person who sent an inquiry, and open their orders or inquiries.
Platform customers are one list for the whole site (commerce and booking share that layer). The commerce menu shows the people who have had commerce activity on this site.
Where
Commerce → Customers (usually /admin/commerce/customers).
Search by name or email. If the list is empty, someone has to finish checkout or send an inquiry on the public site first.
Typical columns (the screen wins): customer, email, order count, inquiry count, and whether LINE is linked. Open a row for that person’s activity on this site.
What you can and cannot do
- You can see who ordered, which email to use, and how much back-and-forth the counts suggest.
- This is not a full CRM, and it is not Members, in brief. Public sign-in is The public sign-in and member area.
- Keep and delete personal data the way your organization requires. Do not export it somewhere you do not control.
How to check
Place a test order or inquiry with your own email. Refresh the list. That email should be there.
