When this is done, visitor-facing text exists in a second language, or in more than one.
The language list has to be ticked already. See Choose the languages. Owners and editors can usually translate content. Changing the language list itself is still owner-only.
The same pattern everywhere
- In the default language, finish the content and confirm it is published.
- On the same screen, switch to another language tab.
- Fill the title, body, buttons, and the rest for that language. Empty fields are marked as showing the primary language.
- Save that item with the save or publish button for that module.
You do not have to fill every optional field. Titles, navigation, the main button, and form labels are the ones worth completing.

Products, bookable services, and the rest follow the same pattern when that module is on: the edit screen has language tabs.
How to check
- On the public site, switch to the second language and walk the home page, one article, the contact form, and the main menu.
- An untranslated field should show the primary language, not an empty button.
- A form still lands in the same inbox. Field keys do not change with the language.
If it sticks
